"Premier League referee Mike Dean really likes to award penalties.
On Sunday, the 50-year-old referee once again penalized London clubs Arsenal and Tottenham, adding to his impressive tally of new numbers.
During his career in the highest English championship, M. Dean has awarded 145 penalties from the 11-meter spot, which is 6.2% of all penalties in the league existing since 1992.
The huge number is also evidenced by the fact that the club with the most opportunities to strike from the penalty spot among all teams is Liverpool (148), but it is believed that the 'Reds' will soon be overtaken.
