16-year-old talent led "Lyon" to victory in the French Cup

In France, this weekend the country's cup sixteenth-final matches are played. In a seven-goal feast, the "Lyon" team secured a ticket to the next stage, led by 16-year-old talent Rayan Cherki. The 2003-born footballer contributed to all four "Lyon" goals, helping them beat the "Nantes" team with a score of 4:3. R. Cherki scored both goals in the first nine minutes of the game. Later, he provided assists to Moussa Dembele and Martin Terrier for their goals. R. Cherki could have shown even more impressively, but M. Dembele did not give him the opportunity to convert a penalty kick, which he earned himself. In addition, M. Dembele missed the shot. Other teams that advanced to the next stage include "Nice", "Lille", "Strasbourg", and "Saint-Etienne" clubs.
