"Real" Madrid club has decided to acquire all the rights to goalkeeper Alphonse Areola after the season. The 27-year-old goalkeeper, who arrived at "Real" on loan this summer, belongs to the Paris "Saint-Germain" team, which included him in negotiations when signing a contract with Keylor Navas. A. Areola serves as a backup goalkeeper in the "Real" team - so far only eight matches have been played. However, both the club itself and Zinedine Zidane are satisfied with how the goalkeeper has integrated into the team and want to offer him a contract that would allow him to stay with the Madrid team for a longer period of time. "Real" has sent young goalkeepers Luca Zidane and Andriy Lunin on loan to other Spanish teams on loan basis. If A. Areola stays, there is a good chance that both goalkeepers will be loaned out again for the season.
