A. Benchaibas leaves the 'Panevėžys' club

"Panevėžys” football club has bid farewell to midfielder Amine Benchaibu, who joined the team in the second half of last season. The 26-year-old Belgian will continue his career at another club.

A. Benchaibu joined the ranks of "Panevėžys” at the beginning of August and soon became one of the most important players in the midfield.

In the Lithuanian championship, the Belgian scored 3 goals and provided 1 assist in 12 matches. The midfielder made his mark in encounters against Alytaus DFK "Dainava”, Kauno rajono "Hegelmann”, and Vilnius "Žalgiris”.

Additionally, the Belgian played two matches in the qualifying rounds of the Europa League and the Conference League.
