The German club acquired Elephant Ivory Coast midfielder Arthur Boka for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old defender arrived on the last day of the transfer window to undergo a medical check-up and signed a four-year contract with his new club.
The player left the French club "Strasbourg," which was relegated to the lower division "Ligue 2" last season and reportedly had a fallout with the team's coach Jean-Pierre Papin.
A.Boka impressed many during the recent World Cup in Germany, and "Stuttgart" was waiting for his arrival in the Bundesliga.
"We have acquired the international class player Arthur Boka," said general manager Horst Heldt on the official website of "Stuttgart" club. - "He has already proven his quality by participating in the World Cup and representing the French 'Ligue 1' team of 'Strasbourg,' and we are confident that he will quickly adapt in Germany and strengthen our club."
