The Milanese team "Inter" started the season well in the Italian championship and continued their winning streak in yesterday's match.
"Inter" defeated Rome's "Lazio" at their home stadium after a precise shot by Danilo D'Ambrosio and secured their fifth victory out of as many possible. The "nerazzurri" in the leadership position have a two-point advantage over Turin's "Juventus."
The victory against "Lazio" was special for the "Inter" team leader Antonio Conte. The Italian, who arrived at the club in the summer, became the first "Inter" coach to win the first five matches of a "Serie A" season.
No other coach in the club's history had a better start to the season than A. Conte.
Speaking to journalists after the match, the coach admitted that overcoming the resistance of "Lazio" was not easy: "It was a difficult but very important match against a really powerful team. They have been working together for four years and grow stronger every season. Beating this team was challenging."
In the next round, the "Inter" team faces another test - an away match against Genoa's "Sampdoria."
