A. Conte: Tactical Decisions Made on Time Changed Our Season

With the London club "Chelsea" securing the title of England's Premier League champions, Antonio Conte is convinced that the positioning of three center-backs brought the team the trophies.

In yesterday's 37th round of the Premier League, Chelsea won the victory after a late goal from Michy Batshuayi and secured the Premier League gold. After a somewhat challenging start to the season, the Blues became a dominant force in England's top flight in the second half, achieving a remarkable 13 consecutive victories.

At the beginning of the season, A. Conte played with the usual formation of four defenders, but after a few poor performances, the strategist decided to use his favorite tactic of three center-backs (3-4-3).

"I think the decisions regarding the tactical formation changes have changed our season," Conte said at a press conference. "Before these changes, we lacked balance in our game."

"After losses to Liverpool and Arsenal, I decided to change the game plan. There was no need for much deliberation, as I knew there were players in the team perfectly suited to the 3-4-3 system," Conte continued.

"I am proud of my team, who have achieved so much this season. I would like to personally thank everyone for their dedication from the very first day at the club. They have shown the right mentality, great patience, and a desire to prove something this season.

Now that we have finally secured the title of champions, we must be very happy and satisfied with our season," added the Italian.

Chelsea will have remaining matches in the Premier League this season against Watford and Sunderland.
