The head coach of London's "Chelsea" team, Antonio Conte, did not deny rumors that the club is interested in Bayern Munich's midfielder Arturo Vidal.
The 30-year-old Chilean, who left "Juventus" in 2015 and moved to Germany, has lost his starting position in the Bayern team this season and does not maintain the best relationship with Jupp Heynckes.
It is said that A. Vidal is not happy in Munich and is considering the possibility of leaving. At a press conference, A. Conte refused to confirm that "Chelsea" is in negotiations with the Chilean, but emphasized that he is always welcome in his team.
"I don't really think now is the best time to talk about players who do not belong to me," said A. Conte. "Especially when they are linked to our club."
"But the truth is that Arturo is a fantastic player. I have great respect for him for how we spent all those years at Juventus. I would agree that he would always be in my team," added the football specialist from Italy.
This season, A. Vidal scored five goals and made two assists in 23 matches for Bayern's team.
