In Germany on Sunday, the last matches of the 20th round of the Bundesliga championship were played.
The "Augsburg" team secured a confident victory, defeating "Mainz" 3-0 at home.
The hosts were led by forward A. Finnbogason, who scored all three goals for the team: in the 8th and 34th minutes converting penalty kicks and also scoring in the 54th minute.
In the other match, "Stuttgart" and "Freiburg" shared the points - the dramatic game ended in a 2-2 draw.
"Freiburg" took the lead in the 4th minute with a goal from J. Haberer.
However, in the second half, the initiative was in the hands of "Stuttgart" players, who took the lead 2-1 thanks to goals from E. Insua (75') and D. Didavi (83').
At the end of the match, "Stuttgart" player M. Gomez was sent off the field, and during the added time, the guests took advantage of it with a goal scored by substitute F. Niederlechner.
