On Monday morning, a dangerous fire broke out at the "Manchester United" team's stadium, but the services working there announced that the situation is now under control. The "Old Trafford" premises caught fire due to a malfunction in one of the southern sector's elevators, when sparks ignited a larger fire that spread to the control room for the motors. Firefighters from Manchester and surrounding cities quickly responded to the situation and, after extinguishing the fire, are checking to see if other elevator systems in the stadium were damaged. "We received the call at 7 a.m. Rescuers from Manchester, Salford, and Stretford arrived here. We isolated the electrical networks and continue to work with masks that block toxic gases," - said the chief representative of Manchester's special services to the press.
