Madrifo "Atletico" sniper Antoine Griezmann spoke about his favorite national championships and these words will certainly not please "Manchester United" fans.
The Frenchman insists that the league that suits his style the most is "La Liga", although the "Red Devils" are eager to lure him to England.
The forward has been linked with a move to the Premier League for a long time and it has been written in many places that the transfer could happen next summer.
"I like the intensity of the Premier League. Yes, I watch English football. Referees allow playing, stadiums are always full," - Griezmann told RMC.
"However, if I had to choose one league, it would be Spain. It suits my style better."
When asked about the future, the 25-year-old footballer diplomatically continued to answer.
"Barcelona" already has their trio up front. I cannot move to Madrid ("Real" - ed. note) because of the club. I think they have some agreement or something," - added Griezmann.
"Germany doesn't attract me. France? Not now. England? I have doubts about my personal life. Also, you know, the weather... I like to feel happy outdoors."
