In the 54th minute, Antoine Griezmann scored from a corner kick. 17 minutes later, the Frenchman added another goal.
The final result was unaffected, but in the 84th minute, "Betis" defender Nabil Fekir narrowed the gap while attacking.
After this victory, "Atletico" surpassed Sevilla in the league table.
