London's "Arsenal" this summer wants to attract "Crystal Palace" forward Wilfried Zaha to their ranks, but in that case, they would most likely lose one of their current players.
"Gunners" forward Alex Iwobi, talking to "The Sun," revealed that he would most likely have to leave the team if W. Zaha joined.
"I'm not one of those who get scared. I constantly face statements that I'm not good enough. As soon as I have the opportunity, I try to prove that I should play in the starting lineup. But it will be very difficult to do so if Zaha joins the team, as he would increase the competition even more.
It is obvious that my job is to play football, not just sit on the bench. If everything turns out that way, then I will have no choice but to leave. But I'm always ready to fight for my place - I have been doing that my whole life," - A. Iwobi talked about possible career changes.
The 23-year-old Nigerian national team player played 51 matches last season in "Arsenal," scoring 6 goals and making 9 assists.
