One of the leaders of London's "Arsenal" Alexandre Lacazette claims that there is a lack of true club fans in England who would create a unique atmosphere in stadiums.
The Frenchman, who is performing well this season and has already scored four goals in the Premier League, says that it was much more enjoyable for him to play in the "Ligue 1" championships.
"I miss the atmosphere of 'Ligue 1'," Lacazette said in an interview with "Le Progres". "In English stadiums, fans are more like spectators than those who come to support the team. The atmosphere in France is much better."
Lacazette came to England from the "Lyon" team, which, along with "Marseille", is known for having the largest fan base in France.
This season, Unai Emery is trying to use both his forwards - Lacazette and Aubameyang - as much as possible, and together they have already scored 11 goals this season.
When asked about his relationship with Aubameyang, the Frenchman replied: "Our relationship is great, we are like brothers. We talk every day and enjoy spending time together."
