The oldest team was "Utenis" with an average age of 25.21 years. The age did not affect the results of the matches - two matches were won by the younger team, two by the older team, and the remaining matches ended in a tie. Team substitution strategy. After substitutions, five teams ("Sūduva", "Šiauliai", "Spyris", "Granitas", and "Žalgiris") made their teams younger, two teams let in older players ("Stumbras", "Atlantas"). The average age of the remaining three teams ("Kruoja", "Utenis", and "Trakai") did not change at the beginning and end of the matches. Guests score more goals. In the second round, away teams not only won four matches and played a draw once but also scored three times more goals (9 goals) than the teams playing at home (3 goals). Kokorin, who belongs to the same team as Paniukovas - Moscow's "Dinamo", and A. Dzyuba from Moscow's "Spartak" also scored 4 goals each. Out of all 13 goals scored in this round, only one was scored by a player who came off the bench. It should be noted that this goal did not change the situation - Rokas Sikorskis from "Spyris" scored the goal when his team was already trailing 0-4 and only narrowed the result. Maintained advantage. In this round, all teams that scored first celebrated victories. The only "Žalgiris" team allowed "Šiauliai" to equalize the result twice, but they also won with a score of 3-2. First defeats. In this round, three teams stumbled, which had won the first two rounds ("Sūduva", "Spyris", "Atlantas").
