"General Financing A lyga" teams of Marijampolė "Sūduva" achieved a confident victory in the sixteenth round match in Klaipėda. The course of the meeting resembled the first matches of these teams in Suvalkija. "Sūduva" scored only one goal in the first half of the match, but in the second half clearly proved their superiority.

From the very beginning of the meeting, it was clear that teams of different strength were meeting on the field. "Sūduva" had a gameplay advantage throughout the match. However, for a long time in the first half, the Marijampolė team struggled to demonstrate their superiority.

R.Ledesma, who entered the game as a substitute, also brought liveliness to the game. In the 61st minute, he made an accurate pass to Marius Šoblinskas, who scored his team's third goal. Five minutes later, R.Ledesma himself sent the ball into the net with a shot from about 18 meters away.
The Klaipėda club's players did not create any chances to score throughout the match. Meanwhile, the "Sūduva" players had another opportunity to score - R.Ledesma, M.Šoblinskas, P.Lukšys failed to capitalize on their chances.
