A look at the Belgian "Pro" League: "Club Brugge" steps into the leader position (table)

With only four rounds left until the end of the season, the portal "Eurofooball.lt" took a look at the tournament situation in the Belgian "Pro League."

The climax is fast approaching. With 52 points, the team of "Club Brugge" currently leads the table, after finishing in second place last season.

However, five other teams - "Anderlecht," "Gent," "Kortrijk," "Standard Liege," and "Genk" are ranked 2-6 and after 30 rounds, it is likely that these teams, along with "Club Brugge," will compete against each other for the title.

The Belgian championship has a slightly different system compared to other leagues. The top six teams play against each other for the title after 30 rounds.

At the relegation limit are four clubs - "Lierse" (21 points), "Cercle Brugge" (23 points), "Mouscron-Peruwelz" (23 points), and "Waasland-Beveren" (25 points).

At least five players are competing for the title of the top scorer. They are L.Depoitre (12 goals), A.Diaby (12 goals), A.Mitrovicius (11 goals), R.Emond (10 goals), and I.de Camargo (10 goals).
