On Monday evening in Lithuania, the 16th round of the "SMScredit.lt A League" started, featuring two matches of the country. Vilnius "Žalgiris" left no hopes for Alytus "Dainava" at home, as the latter had only one player on the bench. The A League champions celebrated victory with a score of 9-1. The first half was not easy for Žalgiris. In the 18th minute, the hosts were brought ahead by Andrezinho, but Domas Ivanauskas equalized the score in the 34th minute. At the end of the half, Ryčius Leliūga finally managed to bring the team forward again. The next 45 minutes belonged to the Žalgiris footballers, who scored another seven goals.
