A. Mitrovich engraved his name into Serbian football history

During last night's friendly match against Bolivia, Aleksandras Mitrovičius, who scored three goals, cemented his place in the history of the Serbian national team.

A player belonging to Newcastle club, but spending the season with Fulham team, the Serb rewrote his country's football history. He became the first player in the history of independent Serbia to score a hat-trick while representing the national team.

The 23-year-old striker, along with his country's national team members, will soon enter the battle in the world championships, where Serbians will compete in Group E against the Costa Rican, Brazilian, and Swiss national teams.
