Victor Gyokeres, who has become one of the most sought-after forwards in the Old Continent, has attracted interest from a new club while representing Lisbon's Sporting.

According to Football Transfers, the 26-year-old Swede's services have caught the eye of Newcastle.

However, the "Magpies" will not dive blindly into negotiations and would only pursue the striker in an exceptional case - if they lost Alexander Isak.

The latter player is also linked with numerous clubs.
