London's "Chelsea" and "Liverpool" seem to be vying for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, as the Englishman rejected the new contract offer from "Arsenal." "Arsenal" offered the footballer £180,000 per week. "Sky Sports" reported that Arsene Wenger will inform the player in the next 24 hours whether he is allowed to leave. With just one year left on his contract, if "Arsenal" does not sell the Brit, he could leave for free next summer.
