London's "Arsenal" manager Arsene Wenger revealed that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain suffered a knee injury in the UEFA Champions League match against "Barcelona."
According to the Frenchman, the winger will be unable to play for several weeks.
The injury of the English national team footballer has "Gunners" fans worried that he may not be able to represent his country in the upcoming European Championship this summer, as a lot of time spent without playing football also contributes to the player's poor form.
"On Tuesday evening we lost Chamberlain. His injury is quite serious and he will not be able to play for a few weeks because of it," said Wenger. "He is seeing a specialist because he injured his knee. It definitely won't be just a few weeks, but I do not know the exact time."
When asked about concerns regarding the winger's participation in "Euro 2016," Wenger added: "I do not think so, I am cautious because he is currently seeing a doctor."
