A. Pato: I Want to Return to Europe

Former "Milan" striker Alexandre Pato says he wants to return to Europe to play again.

His current loan deal with "Sao Paolo" club expires next month, and the president of "Corinthians", to which he belongs, Roberto De Andrade, has previously said he wants to sell him.

Pato, who was previously linked with Dortmund's "Borussia" and "Liverpool", in turn, stated that he will support "Palmeiras" in the Brazilian Cup final, a victory in which could cost "Sao Paolo" a spot in next year's "Copa Libertadores" tournament.

"Santos" is a great club (another participant in the cup final - ed. note), but I will support "Palmeiras," Pato said.

"President Paulo Nobre is a great guy and has done a great job at Palmeiras. We must rely on ourselves."

"I haven't talked to anyone from Palmeiras. I just used it as an example. Many things have changed and they have improved."

"I praised the president not because I will be moving there."

"I hope to return to Europe."
