32-year-old Arjen Robben will not leave after the season with Munich's "Bayern" club - the Dutchman extends his contract with the Bavarians for another year.
A. Robben's contract with "Bayern" was supposed to end after this season, but both the club and the player showed a desire to continue working together for another season.
The former Real Madrid winger will most likely leave "Bayern" in the summer of 2018.
"I am very happy to play football for another year at the 'Bayern' club. This team is one of the best in the world, and Munich has become a second home for me. I want to play high-level football and help win as many titles as possible," said A. Robben.
A. Robben strengthened the "Bayern" club back in 2009. During this period, the Dutchman has already played 232 matches and scored 121 goals.
The footballer became the German champion five times with the Bavarians and triumphed once in the UEFA Champions League.
