Alexis Sanchez has revealed that talks about a new contract with London's "Arsenal" are not currently happening.
The Chilean is once again undoubtedly the best player of the "Gunners" this season, so it's no surprise that he is being sought after by the most powerful European clubs.
Of course, both the player and "Arsenal" want him to stay, but his current contract is only valid until 2018, so this collaboration could end very soon.
"What I want now is to finish the season well, try to qualify for the Champions League, and win the FA Cup," Sanchez told Sky Sports.
"I spoke with the coach that we will sit down and discuss this issue about what will happen and what we intend to do, what is best for the club, what is best for me, what is best for him."
"We will talk when the season ends, because if I talk to him now, it will not allow me to concentrate on the qualification for the Champions League and winning the FA Cup."
Sanchez has scored 24 goals and made 18 assists in all competitions this season. However, according to the player himself, the season will not be successful if the "Gunners" finish it without a title.
