Alexis Sanchez could return to the Inter Milan team after a one-year break.

This was confirmed by the club's general director Giuseppe Marotta.

"I can confirm that Sanchez wants to return to Inter. He has sent us a clear message about his desire to be here again," said G. Marotta.

Last summer, A. Sanchez moved to the Marseille team, where he scored 18 goals in 44 matches.

The 34-year-old Chilean is currently a free agent.
