London's "Arsenal" forward Alexis Sanchez assured fans that despite rumors circulating, he will not leave the club.
It is expected that the Chilean will return to the "gunners" starting lineup in the match against "Chelsea" today and help continue the successful fight for the title.
Prior to this, the 27-year-old footballer had been out of football for more than two months due to a calf injury.
"I am very happy within the ranks of 'Arsenal' and I do not think about leaving," Sanchez told Sunday Mirror.
"The unity of fans, club, and players is enormous, the supporters are fantastic. We go through defeats and celebrate victories together.
"This season we are demonstrating that we are serious contenders to win the Premier League. I believe there can be no doubt about our chances of becoming champions this time."
To return to the top of the league table, "Arsenal" today must fight for three points.
