„Once, after training, Alexis drove to the city of Udine to shop. But he accidentally locked his keys and phone in the car.
I'm not sure what many people would have done, but he just ran home. He calmly ran 8 km from the heart of the city to his home in the mountains. Locals saw him running with the team's training gear, so they called us at the newspaper.
“It was typical for Alexis to turn such a situation into an improvised run through the entire city,” P. Oleotto shared.
