A. Ščedras remains at the Kaunas district 'Hegelmann' club

"TOPsport A lyga” vice-champions Kauno rajono FC "Hegelmann” continue the team recruitment work for the next season. The blue and white team has extended the contract with Ukrainian Artem Ščedr for at least another year.

In 34 matches of the Lithuanian championship and four FPRO LFF Cup matches, the midfielder scored 5 goals and made an equal number of assists. Overall, A. Ščedras played 2769 minutes and was one of the leaders in this metric for the blue and white team.

The Ukrainian had his best performance in July, when he helped the team secure all victories by scoring 3 goals. Such excellent form did not go unnoticed – Artem was named the best player of the "TOPsport A league” for July.

At the end of the season, due to injuries sidelining the team's defenders, the versatile player from Ukraine often had to plug defensive gaps.

A. Ščedras began his professional career in Ukrainian clubs, learned the secrets of football at the legendary Kyiv "Dynamo” club, played in Estonia and the Czech Republic, and joined the blue and white ranks before the season from the "Panevėžys” club.
