Recently dismissed from the coaching position at "Genoa", Ukrainian Andriy Shevchenko is back to work. The Italian media reports that the 45-year-old specialist will take over the reins of the Polish national team. Legendary goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek will be his assistant coach. Shevchenko has accumulated a lot of international match experience - he led his country's national team from 2016 to 2021. The coach's record includes 25 wins, 13 draws, and 14 losses. In the last European Championship, he led Ukraine to the quarterfinals, where they lost 0-4 to England.
