One of the most talented youth academy footballers of Barcelona in Catalonia should be playing at least until the summer of 2018.
On Wednesday, the eighteen-year-old Barcelona B team forward Adama Traore signed a new four-year contract.
"This is a very important day for me and my family. I am happy," the player told journalists.
A. Traore has been playing in the Barcelona academy since the summer of 2004, and since last year he has been a regular member of the main youth team playing in the second division of Spain.
The forward has already made his debut for the elite Barcelona team - on November 23, 2013, the then seventeen-year-old footballer replaced Neymar on the field in a Spanish championship match against "Granada." Just three days later, on November 26, the forward played for the first time in a UEFA Champions League match against Amsterdam's "Ajax," replacing Cesc Fabregas in the second half on the field.
