Former "Chelsea" and "Tottenham" strategist Andre Villas-Boas has reached a two-year agreement with the "Marseille" club, as reported by "France Football".
The 41-year-old Portuguese will replace Rudi Garcia in this position.
The same sources report that the "Marseille" club will pay the new coach a monthly salary of around 600 thousand euros.
A. Villas-Boas has not coached any team since 2017, and his last position was at the Shanghai SIPG club in China.
In 2018, the Portuguese made headlines for participating in the Dakar Rally race, considered one of the toughest in the world. However, he was unable to finish the race due to an accident.
