69-year-old Arsene Wenger claims that he has had enough rest from football and this summer he is ready to start a new stage of his career.
For the first time in his career, A. Wenger did not train any team for the entire season. He made this decision immediately after announcing his resignation from the position of coach at London's "Arsenal".
In an interview, the Frenchman confirmed that he is preparing to return to work, but is still unsure about his role.
"There is no doubt that I will return to football," - said the famous specialist. - "I just don't know what role - as a coach or something else. The dedication and appetite for this game have not disappeared anywhere."
"Football is still my greatest passion. It is the only small thing that I somewhat know," - A. Wenger ironically remarked.
This winter there were reports that Paris Saint-Germain was in talks with A. Wenger for the position of sports director.
