Arsene Wenger, fighting for his future in the head coach's seat, revealed which forward is most likely to leave the London Arsenal team this summer.
According to the longtime Gunners' strategist, Lucas Perez, who arrived in London from La Coruna's Deportivo last summer, is likely to depart. Wenger is not dissatisfied with the striker, but understands that his time in the spotlight may not come.
"Lucas has returned to training and is already prepared," Wenger announced. "He is a high-level forward, but I cannot give him as much time on the field as he wants and deserves. I feel disappointed for him.
"I am a coach and would like to keep him in my team, but we need to sit down at a table and talk about his real chances of appearing on the field," added the strategist.
The 28-year-old Spaniard played 22 matches for Arsenal this season, scoring eight goals and making six assists.
