London's "Arsenal" strategist Arsene Wenger, besides providing information about the condition of injured players, reacted to rumors linking the capital's club with "Leicester City" leader Riyad Mahrez.
In the ranks of the "Gunners," the lack of attacking players is felt again this season, as both wingers and midfielders are not scoring enough goals.
Meanwhile, the representative of the Algerian national team is one of the main candidates to become the best player in the Premier League.
"Even if we were interested in Mahrez, I wouldn't talk about it at this stage of the season," said Wenger at a press conference.
Continuing the topic about the team for next year, the coach added that "Arsenal" leaders Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez are not going anywhere.
"They are negotiating with the club and are determined to stay."
