A. Wengeras: "Don't be surprised if fans will have the right to vote on changes after two years"

Legendary football coach Arsene Wenger, participating in the SiS ("Science in Sport" in English) conference, shared an interesting thought with the public about what could happen to football in two years.

At the moment, A. Wenger is resting - after retiring from London's Arsenal club, the Frenchman has not yet sought new work. However, as he himself revealed, he will return to football at the beginning of next year.

"I am of the opinion that in a few years in the social space, fans will be able to vote and decide what changes their team should make during the break," - said A. Wenger.

Later, the strategist revealed the two main qualities of a successful football player: "The two most important elements are endurance and the ability to cope with stressful situations. The motivational endurance of players is the most underrated thing in the world of football. This is the key to success for every football player."

In the conference, A. Wenger also revealed that he is saddened by the decreasing loyalty of football fans: "The biggest change in football is that now there are more players than club fans. If a player decides to switch to another club, it means that all his fans move with him. We need to redefine the concept of a football fan."

When asked about his all-time favorite player, A. Wenger did not mention a specific name: "It's not easy to answer that. I only know that I like those players who squeeze out absolute maximum from their talent. These are the players I tip my hat to."
