A. Wengeras: we did not receive any offers for Sanchez

London's "Arsenal" coach Arsene Wenger revealed that "Manchester City" has not yet made an offer for Alexis Sanchez. In addition, the Frenchman hinted that he wants to keep Mesut Ozil in the team.

Both "Gunners" leaders' contracts expire next summer, so this month they can already sign pre-contracts with other clubs.

Nevertheless, as previously stated by "Citizens" coach Pep Guardiola, it seems likely that Sanchez will stay in the English capital for at least half a year.

"No one has contacted us," said Wenger. "This club has lost many important players and coped very well."

"We want to keep our best players. I want them to stay. Why should I be scared?"

Even if Sanchez and Ozil were to leave, Wenger remains confident that "Arsenal" will be able to replace them with players of the same caliber.

"It all depends on the players whose contracts expire in June. We must accept and respond to that," added the coach.

"We have not lost them yet, and even if we do, we will react by acquiring top-level players."

"No one has contacted us."

After a draw with "West Bromwich," the capital's footballers currently occupy fifth place in the "Premier" league.
