AC Milan Club bids farewell to P. Fonseca

In the Italian "Serie A" league, the "AC Milan" club played at home to a 1:1 draw against "Roma".

After these matches, the "rossoneri" management ran out of patience and parted ways with head coach Paulo Fonseca.

The strategist received his second yellow card in the 43rd minute of the match against the Romans and was sent off from the technical area.

There had been talks earlier that the 51-year-old Portuguese might leave the legendary Italian team, but then his squad managed to get back on the path of victories.

Paulo Fonseca will be replaced in the head coach position by his compatriot Sergio Conceicao, who has been without a job since the summer.

S. Conceicao's son is on loan to the Turin "Juventus" team this season.

The "AC Milan" club currently occupies only 8th place in the Italian championship after 17 rounds, with 27 points.
