Former long-time Manchester United player Anthony Martial pondered offers from other teams for a long time before finally deciding to revive his career at a less famous club in the Old Continent.

As a free agent, the 28-year-old former Frenchman has struck a deal with Athens AEK and has already arrived in Greece.

He was greeted like a god, with a large gathering of fans igniting flares and chanting the footballer's name.
