Sergio Ibrahim Afellay is eager to prove his worth and has no intention of leaving the club.
The Dutch national team member moved to Catalonia at the beginning of this year for 3 million euros, but he failed to establish himself in the main lineup.
There are rumors that teams like London's Tottenham are interested in him, but Afellay himself said: "I hope to avoid injuries and be able to play as many matches as possible. I can only try my best, work every day, and prove my worth."
Last season, he scored one goal in 16 matches.
