The Istanbul derby, which was played in the Turkish Cup quarterfinals, was truly intense.

Galatasaray dramatically outperformed Fenerbahce – 2:1.

During the match, three red cards were shown, all to substitutes for unsportsmanlike behavior.

After the regrettable derby loss, Fenerbahce coach Jose Mourinho got into a conflict with Galatasaray strategist Okan Buruk.

The Portuguese grabbed the Turk by the nose, and he immediately fell to the ground, drawing the attention of security and those nearby.

At the end of the match, Galatasaray was saved by a heroic performance from Davinson Sanchez.
