On Saturday, the 5th round of the English Premier League started.
The first match took place at "Anfield" stadium, where the "Liverpool" team continued their victorious start to the season. After conceding an early goal, the "Reds" defeated "Newcastle" with a score of 3-1.
"Liverpool" did not waste time and quickly equalized the score in the 28th minute through Sadio Mane. Just 12 minutes later, Mane scored again to put the hosts ahead.
In the second half, "Newcastle" did not pose much of a threat to the "Liverpool" defense. The final goal came in the 72nd minute, as Mohamed Salah increased "Liverpool's" lead to two goals.
"Liverpool" now has five wins out of five possible victories. "Newcastle" team remains with only four points.
