Yesterday, the French national team sensationally dropped out of the European Championship. The world champions lost to the Swiss national team after an 11-meter penalty shootout in the quarterfinals, and there may be certain changes coming. One of the possible changes is the replacement of the coach. Such speculations are further fueled by the fact that Zinedine Zidane, the legendary French national team player, is currently unemployed.

The current French coach Didier Deschamps was asked about his future after the defeat to the Swiss and said: "There are no questions here. There is great unity and solidarity in this team. I am responsible when something goes wrong - I am with them, they are with me. We will have to somehow go through all this, it hurts a lot today."

It can be understood that the former defensive midfielder does not yet know the exact answer.

D. Deschamps has been in charge of the French national team since 2012. He has triumphed with the French in the World Cup and reached the final of the European Championship. However, after this fiasco in the European Championship, anything is possible, considering that Z. Zidane is free and would definitely be interested in this job, judging by what is said in the press.
