Eindhoven's PSV and Dortmund's „Borussia“ played the first leg of the quarterfinal series.
The match in the Netherlands ended in a draw - 1:1.
The game was even. BVB players scored first. Donyell Malen scored a goal against his former team in the 24th minute.
At the beginning of the second half, PSV equalized the result. Referee Srdanas Jovanovičius awarded a questionable penalty, VAR did not intervene in this situation, and Luuk de Jong did not miss the mark.
