The Colombian fans who made it to the semi-finals of the Copa America were furious.

Colombians in the stands at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte tried to attack the families of Uruguayan footballers. Upon seeing this, Uruguayan footballers, including Darwin Nunez, took action.

D. Nunez jumped into the stands and immediately started throwing punches. However, he also received a few hits himself.

After this shocking incident, the Liverpool forward comforted his underage son.

In the semi-finals, Colombia defeated Uruguay 1-0.
