On the basis of a lease, Madrid's "Real" goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, who is currently playing this season, will return to London's "Chelsea" after the season.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano announces that the "royal" club has decided not to purchase the 29-year-old Spaniard.
Kepa became the main goalkeeper for "Real" at the beginning of the season after Thibaut Courtois' injury, but later lost this position to Ukrainian Andriy Lunin.
It is precisely the new contract with A. Lunin that is one of "Real's" priorities at the moment.
Kepa's contract with "Chelsea" is valid until the summer of 2025, but the possibility that he will leave the team next summer is not ruled out.
