Argentinian Nicolo Tagliafico's agent stated that Madrid's "Real" club is interested in his client, as Marcelo has already decided to move to Turin's "Juventus".
Media has been speculating about Marcelo's future for some time now. The Brazilian lost his starting position after being surpassed by Sergio Reguilon. It is believed that "Real" is ready to say goodbye to the Brazilian and bring in another player in his place.
According to the latest reports, Amsterdam's "Ajax" left-back N. Tagliafico is on Real's radar. He scored a goal against the "Blancos" a few weeks ago, but it was overturned after a VAR review.
"I was told that Tagliafico is on Real's shopping list, as Marcelo is heading to Juventus," said the Argentine's agent Ricardo Schlieper.
"No one has contacted me yet. He still has a two-year contract with no buyout clause. However, Ajax has set a price for every player in the sight of European clubs.
Many clubs, including Real, are interested in Tagliafico's services. I think it's time for Nicolò to reach a higher level," added the agent.
The 26-year-old defender arrived in Amsterdam just last winter. His adaptation was quick - in a year, the footballer played 42 matches and scored five goals.
