Amsterdam's team will have to manage without their goalkeeper Bogdan Leonté for about a month and a half, as he broke his finger during training.
The 26-year-old Romanian goalkeeper had just recovered from a road injury he suffered at the end of October last year. Now, during training, the goalkeeper broke the middle finger bone in his right hand. The medical staff of the Ajax team say that the player will be out of the lineup for about 6 weeks.
This season, Leonté missed most of the matches - he played only 5 Eredivisie matches and 2 Champions League matches. The player hoped to fully recover for the UEFA Cup round of 16 match against a French team, but it is already clear that he will have to miss them too.
