However, the "Gunners" found the strength to turn the game around and win the match 3:1, earning their first points.
After the match, Arsenal forward Alexandre Lacazette said:
"I knew I could help the team. I just wanted to play and be useful", said the Frenchman who appeared on the pitch after the substitution.
"The coach just told me to show my game and assured me that we would win if I played well.
It's hard to compare two managers (with Arsene Wenger - author's note) - they have their own established views on football. Even when the goal is just to play and attack the opponent's goal, there are noticeable differences", Lacazette said.
