Last year's A Lyga bronze medal winners from the capital city "Riteriai" are returning to training after the quarantine period starting today. All of Mindaugas Čepas' students will participate in the training session at the "Fans" stadium. Tadas Simaitis, Matas Ramanauskas, and Lajo Traore, who had health problems before the quarantine, have recovered over the past six weeks. T. Simaitis, who played in the first season match with a broken nose, has already put the mask aside. The new "Riteriai" captain states that his nose has completely healed. "Petrvara is not straight, but everything is fine with the nose. In this case, the quarantine had its pluses. I managed to recover calmly after the nose fracture, so I can put the mask aside. I won't hide that this is very pleasing," said T. Simaitis. M. Ramanauskas, who suffered a facial injury in the first round of A Lyga, also managed to recover and will join the team today. "The healing process went smoothly, without any pain. Swelling has also disappeared. The only downside is a pinched nerve, which means I can't avoid surgery. However, I will continue training with the team until then," said M. Ramanauskas. Also returning to the lineup is the Legionnaire Lajo Traore, who has been unable to recover from various injuries since last year. The footballer hopes that his injuries will finally be taken care of. "I hope so. I feel as good now as I haven't felt in a long time. It was somewhat sad during the pandemic, so I can't wait to return to the field," said L. Traore.
